Welcome to the application AFinConnector Quickbooks - an app for converting your financial data from apaleo to Quickbooks.
You can start with the application right away: https://afinconnector-xero.herokuapp.com/. On the start, you have to log into apaleo, and you have approve the permissions for this application. If you log in for the first time, you get as second the login mask of Quickbooks.
After logging in, you must define the mapping among properties/hotels in apaleo and companies in Quickbooks. You can do this in the menu Quickbooks Organisation config.
The next step is to configure the mapping between apaleo and Quickbooks accounts in the Account Mapping Config.
If your properties and accounts are configured, you can export the required financial data from apaleo and import them to Quickbooks. You can start this procedure on the start page.
