On the first page, "Dynamics 365 Import", bookings can be exported from apaleo and converted and imported into Dynamics 365 Business Central.
For an export you can select a period of a month, a day or a self-defined period. If several "Dynamics 365 companies" are configured in the Dynamics 365 Config, one "Dynamics 365 Company" must be selected for the import.
The "Import" button creates an export of booking data from apaleo for the selected period and import it into Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You can find out what errors can happen during import, the cause and how to fix them in the description of most common errors and warnings during an import.
The imported data will be added in Dynamics 365 into the journal "Apaleo". You can find it in menu Finance->General Journals.
The apaleo reservation ID is sent in the field Document No. and the apaleo invoice Number is sent in the comment.
